Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. To request the authorization to return an item, it is necessary to send an email to shop@yvonne-s.com.
  2. Return costs (import and customs fees included) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Two return options are available:

    Size Exchange. It is possible to make a change only to choose another size or another color of the same item, depending on available stocks. The new item can be returned using the same return procedure.

    The Voucher. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a code that gives you the total value of the returned items. The code can be used for future orders on the SHOP.YVONNE-S.COM website.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All items are unique pieces from our archives, listed at a special price. Therefore, they will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Please contact us by email at shop@yvonne-s.com for exchange instructions.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Credit note

Reimbursements will only be made by credit note. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the credit note has been approved. If approved, a credit note will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item. No refund will be made.
